Seeing as though I'm a self proclaimed LUSH addict, I thought I'd share with you my very loved, precious LUSH collection! I'm going to start off with the shower gels and creams. There will be a few more posts which will detail all the other LUSH products I am hoarding! So let's start with shower creams..
Pictured: The Comforter shower cream
So lets start with my all time fave! The Comforter is filled with almond oil, bergamot oil, cassis absolute and snowflake lustre to make it shimmery on the skin. This was the first shower cream that I bought and I didn't even realise it wasn't a gel until I got home and read the bottle. I just saw The Comforter and bought it. This smells exactly like the bubble bar, it's sweet and fruity all at the same time. Although this product doesn't contain blackcurrants, that's the kind of scent it has. If you're a fan of Snow Fairy and you fancy a change, this is definitely in the same kind of area, the scents aren't similar, but The Comforter has the sweetness that Snow Fairy has, but also a nice fruity kick.

It took me a while to purchase this one. Many people say that this cream reminds them of chocolate oranges and while it does contain cocoa absolute and cocoa butter, I think the fresh yuzu juice definitely overpowers the chocolate kind of scent. I think this one smells kind of like coconut, its a comforting smell. The colour is exceptionally bright and makes your bath really beautifiul if you throw a bit in under running water. I think this is a kind of scent that not everyone will like, but if you like it, you'll love it!

Lord of Misrule was originally a festive bath bomb that got a hell a lotta love! It's many peoples ultimate favorite bath bomb but is only available at Christmas. LUSH have made perfumes in this scent and carried it on in other products like The Rough with the Smooth solid body scrub. As this was such a popular scent, they just had to make a shower cream with it! Lord of Misrule is a very unique scent, with ingredients such as patchouli and black pepper oil, but the vanilla absolute gives it a sweet tone. I wasn't keen on this at first, although I love the bath bomb, the scent of this cream in the bottle was just a bit too much for me. Using it in the shower/bath is totally different, it smells mush less potent and the vanilla absolute really comes out. I can't wait to grab a bigger bottle of this at Christmas!
Pictured: Prince Charming shower cream
Prince Charming was originally a shower gel until the Valentines range for 2016, when LUSH decided to reformulate this product and make it a cream. This cream has such a lovely sweet scent, due to the marshmallow root and vanilla pod infusion. It lathers up really well when in use and the smell lingers on your skin for hours after using. The name is such a cute touch for the Valentines day range, if you're single, head to LUSH next valentines day and grab a Prince Charming that won't let you down!

Firstly, I love the colour of this cream! Purple is my favorite colour and this is most definitely the nicest shade. Yummy Mummy is part of the mothers day range, so it only hits the shelves once a year. Like Prince Charming, this product was originally a shower gel and reformulated to a shower cream. The ingredients for this product contain cocoa butter, geranium oil, brazillian orange oil and tonka absolute. For me, this isn't one of my favorites, it's not that it's bad, it's just not complex enough for me. It's a standard sweet smelling shower cream to me.

Surprisingly, I'd never sniffed this product until I got it in one of the gift sets I purchased on Boxing Day in the sales. I thought it was a limited edition shower gel, so I was using it sparingly but it's actually part of the normal range. Beautiful is a gorgeous apricot infused gel which also has fresh peach juice and gardenia extract. The lustre in this product is insane! It really does live up to it's name! This is one of the most hydrating shower gel's I've used and really gives you that fresh clean feel. This will definitely be a repurchase for me and if LUSH ever decide to discontinue this product, it'll be one to stock up on!
Pictured: Dirty Springwash shower gel
Dirty Springwash is part of the Dirty family. The Dirty family is a spearmint infused line of products and contains perfume, styling cream, body lotion etc. I am a huge fan of minty smells, so when I sniffed this in store I had to purchase it. Dirty Springwash contains fine sea salt which is great for washing your hair with and thyme oil, to take the extreme mintiness away and give this scent a bit of complexity. This one makes your skin tingle slightly after you've used it and goes perfectly with Christingle body conditioner and Intergalactic bath bomb. This will be forever one of my staple products.

Happy Hippy is probably one of the strangest but most popular gels that LUSH produce. It contains bergamot oil, frankincense oil and fresh pink grapefruit juice. I, personally, would never think to put them three ingredients together, but what do I know? Because this actually works! To me, this product smells earthy and quite floral. This is definitely a scent that you won't get in any other store apart from LUSH. It's not up there with my favorites but it's pleasant enough.

My opinion of this shower gel may be slightly off, as my product is slightly off! I purchased this on Depop and wasn't aware that it was out of date (my fault, I know!) Hot Toddy is a Christmas scent, but I'm not sure if it came out in 2015. The bottle I have was made in 2014 and I can't remember seeing it on the shelves last festive season. This product contains aloe vera gel, lemon juice, fine sea salt, clove leaf oil, patchouli oil, lime oil and cinnamon extract, so as you can imagine this scent is a complex one! I think this gel shares it's scent with 93,000 Miles shower jelly. The cinnamon and clove are the overpowering scents, but I wish this had some orange oil in it and then it would tone down the harsh scent. Like I've said, this product may smell off as it went out of date in September 2015, but I don't think the OOD gels change too much and I will still use this product.

I was never ever keen on this scent. I hate the smell of roses so I thought this would not be my cup of tea and I would hate it. I sniffed it in store once and put it down straight away as I really wasn't keen. I then got sent this along with some other LUSH products and at first thought it would just sit in my collection and not get used, but on smelling this bottle, I kinda fell in love. Rose Jam is a really strange scent to me. I feel like it smells like beer and I've never heard anyone have the same opinion but I also think that Ro's Argan Body Conditioner has the same beer scent and they are in the same scent family. With ingredients such as cypress leaf infusion, goji berry, argan oil and rose, geranium and lemon oil, it's understandable why this scent is like no other. I've really started to like this scent and I will certainly be stocking up at Christmas.

This is a strange scent to me. The ingredients are sandalwood oil, jasmine absolute, rose absolute, fresh fig and guava juice and lavender flower. Lavender is definitely the strongest scent in this gel and I hate lavender. This gel isn't too potent, the lavender is sweet and would be a perfect gel to use a night to calm yourself and get ready for a good deep sleep. I would pair this shower gel with The Experimenter as I think the scents would compliment each other well.

When I opened one of my Christmas gift sets and seen these, I put it to the side and never really showed any interest in it. The main ingredient in Twilight bath bomb is lavender and like I stated above, I hate lavender. I have tried the bath bomb because I'd seen photos of it online and it was just such a pretty mixture of baby pink and blue, I just needed to try it. The scent of the bath bomb wasn't too strong so I could use it and not be too offended by the scent. At first, I hated this shower gel. It smelt like fresh lavender and I couldn't smell the tonka or ylang ylang oil in this product. After leaving the bottle for a few months, going for a second sniff is much nicer. At first sniff I smell this lovely sweet scent that smells gorgeous and then the lavender kicks in. I'd say after a few months of storing this bottle, now it matches the bath bomb. It's nice and I will use this product, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to purchase this gel.

And I just had to leave the holy grail shower gel to the end. Snow Fairy. This product only comes out at Christmas, so it launches around September and goes into the half price sale in December. Even though this product is only available for four months out of the twelve, a LUSH assistant once told me that this is their ultimate most popular product and best seller. This is such a sought after product that LUSH even have on their FAQ page on their UK website, 'Where is Snow Fairy?' to which they answer, 'We know how much everybody loves our sweet as candy shower gel but Snow Fairy is a festive special and is only available over the Christmas period, from around the end of September until the end of December. Until then, why not try our Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment bath melt or The Godmother soap?. They both have the same delicious candy fragrance.' (which by the way LUSH, you need to update as The Godmother was discontinued, sad face.) This product must have some kind of special recipe, like KFC chicken, as the bottle gives away absolutely no clue to what the scent ingredients are. This gel is the sweetest, candy scented product I have ever smelt. I love using this product and the many products that are in the same scent family. I love using this to wash my hair as it contains seaweed, which is great for your hair. This will always be in my bathroom and I will always make sure I have an extra bottle, or twelve!
So there you have it, my shower gel and cream collection! The gels and creams are some of my favorite LUSH products and I can't remember the last time I had a bath without one of them! I will continue to grow my collection and hoard some of the ones I already have. I will make sure to update you when I get some more, but I think my next LUSH post may be a wobbly one..
