The thing I was so excited for November for was the release of Zoe Suggs new book, Girl Online Going Solo. I preordered this book so I could definitely have a first edition and a signed copy. I trotted myself off to my local WHSmith (little secret, I used to work there!) to collect my purchase and I had a smile on my face for the rest of the day. I even refused to go and visit family when I got home because I just wanted to read and read and read! I'm not going to spoil the story line, because I can imagine this will be a present under a few peoples Christmas trees that are reading this post. But can I say, I'm only on chapter ten and I really like it! I loved Girl Online and Girl Online On Tour so much! They are definitely in my top ten fave books, so I think this one may make the cut too! Zoe deserves so much credit for the content she provides, products that she makes and the stories that she creates. As far as I am aware, this book is still half price in WHSmith, so grab a bargain while you can!

Is it really a monthly favourites from me if I don't contain at least one LUSH product? At least this one has a good message! Error 404 bath bomb has been a kitchen exclusive and in 2014, LUSH were handing these out for free with online orders! Back then, this bomb had the Snowcake scent, which smells like soft marzipan and sweet almonds. This bomb was brought to stores globally for one day only, so of course I ran into my local store and stocked up! I'd have liked to buy a few more, but I'm on a strict budget at the moment (preparing for the sale!) and I only grabbed four. I was a bit taken a back by the scent, as this bomb doesn't carry the original scent. This version has a sweet burnt toffee scent with a floral twist. It doesn't sound like it would work, but it really does. LUSH released this bomb on Black Friday in order to raise money and awareness for Access Now, a charity that is fighting internet shut downs all over the world. Did you know that countries have the power to completley block access to certain websites and apps? Social media is growing and some governments do not like it. Access Now is working to raise awareness and let people know that their country has this kind of power. I'll leave their website at the end of this blog post for you to check out and I really suggest you do, you may be surprised at what you read.

My Sony Vaio laptop has been my best friend since 2012, but sometimes your best friend needs an update and you just have to part ways. My Sony isn't dead quite yet, but shes definitely on her way out and I needed to buy a laptop before she totally died on me and left me with nothing. I made the most of the Black Friday deals and purchased a little HP Stream which I am obsessed with! It's so cute! I originally wanted the purple version, as that's my favourite colour, but it was out of stock in every store I tried and I saw the blue out on the floor and was really drawn to it. I think I'm in love with my new laptop! It's so much faster than my old one, the screen feels more HD and this laptop weighs literally nothing. I feel like I could carry this around in my bag all day and I wouldn't even know I had it on me. The battery lasts forever as well which is a huge bonus as I usually take my laptop into the bathroom with me (I know, I'm just asking to be electrocuted!) and I sit it on the toilet and watch YouTube videos whilst I bathe. With my Sony you could guarantee it would die or start flashing at me that it;s going to konk out on me within half an hour, whereas with my Stream, I can sit without it on charge for literally eight hours and it will be fine. If you're looking for a new laptop and you don't mind having no disc drive, (I plan to buy an external one, £20 on Amazon!) then this laptop would be perfect for you.

Oh, Winter is such a close second to Autumn for being my favourite season. I really like the fashion at Winter. I love wearing ankle boots with thick tights and skirts. I love big thick jumpers with shirts underneath and the collar poking out. I love hats and scarves and ear muffs! I also love how much sparkle is around during Winter, almost like people mimicking the frost on their clothes. I love the thick woolly headbands and thick knee high socks. But I think my favourite clothing item when it comes to Winter, has to be nightwear! Onesies, big fluffy dressing gowns, long sleeved pyjamas with cute Christmas patterns on, cosy socks and big thick slippers. There is nothing better than a brand new pair of pyjamas and fresh sheets, sheer bliss! I personally love Primark pyjamas, cheap and cheerful meaning you can buy them all! But I also think that M&S have some great items in this year also. I've heard a lot of people swear by their dressing gowns and that they are the softest thing they've ever touched, but my Mum has got me a Harry Potter dressing gown for Christmas so I'll not be needing a new one for a while!

I really love Tumblr. I think apart from Instagram, I am most active on Tumblr. If you're not aware of Tumblr, it's a social media site where you can share images and other people can reblog them, kind of like retweeting a tweet. I love Tunblr all year round, but especially at Christmas time. Everyone shares images of Christmas trees and decorations, wrapping gifts, snow and festive food. It's lovely! If you don't have Tumblr I would recommend you create an account, especially if you love photography or typography. I feel like Tumblr is the secret social media platform that not many people know about, but all them sarcastic jokes you see over the internet or screenshotted and shared on a tweet, the majority of them come from Tumblr and their weird parts. Like delving into the weird part of YouTube, you really can delve into the weird side of Tumblr, but it's great! If you want to see loads of Christmas images, follow my Tumblr here! :)
November is just overall a lovely month. It's been slightly sad for me, I've left my job and I am starting a new one. It's bittersweet, but I'll get used to it :)
